Beauty Mond supplies registered businesses only. All inquiries and orders are understood to be placed by a trade customer for resale, manufacturing or further commercial use, and not by an end consumer.
Pricing & quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in US Dollars or UAE Dirhams and are exclusive of VAT, freight and duties unless explicitly included.
Minimum order quantities
Each category carries a minimum order quantity that is communicated at the time of quotation. Custom programmes (private-label buttons, exclusive lace runs, bespoke embroidery) carry higher MOQs which are confirmed in writing before production starts.
Samples
Reference samples may be provided free of charge for confirmed inquiries. Production samples and lab dips are typically chargeable and credited against the first confirmed order.
Lead times & despatch
Stocked items are despatched within five working days of order confirmation and payment clearance. Production items are despatched per the lead time agreed at order confirmation. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on despatch.
Returns
Stocked items can be returned within fourteen days of receipt provided they are in original, unopened condition. Custom-produced items and cut lengths are not returnable unless they materially deviate from the approved sample.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
